New Mexico State men’s basketball head coach Marvin Menzies has announced Tuesday, April 13, that junior guard Jahmar Young is not returning for his senior season and redshirt freshman guard Jacoby Patton has been dismissed from the team indefinitely.
“Jahmar Young will forgo his senior season at New Mexico State University,” Menzies said. “He is in the process of hiring an agent and will pursue his professional career immediately. We wish Jahmar success in his future endeavors.
“On another note, Jacoby Patton has been dismissed from the team indefinitely,” he said.
